If you like to request the deletion of an existing Exchange / Market Identifier Code (MIC), fill in all the required information on this form and click on the Submit button at the bottom to return it to the ISO 15022/ISO 10383 Registration Authority.

Please first make sure that the concerned market does not already have a MIC described under a different name.
