This message may also be used to:
request the cancellation of a previously sent settlement instruction
re-send a settlement instruction previously sent
provide a third party with a copy of the message (be it the settlement instruction or request for cancellation) being sent.

This message may only be sent by an ETC service provider on behalf of an institution or executing broker in a market-side trade to a custodian or clearing agent.
